This was taken on October 29, 2009. I took Hayley outside to play in the leaves to wear her out so she would hopefully take a good nap, but my plan did not work. She did not nap yesterday afternoon. However, I did enjoy taking lots of pictures, taking advantage of the lovely fall colors.
I picked this picture because I like how the golden maple leaves are mixed with the plethora of brown oak leaves, giving the photo some interest. I also like how Hayley is headed off into her own little world.
I took this picture yesterday too. I saw this lonely leaf against the backdrop of the blue/white sky and thought it screamed, TAKE MY PICTURE! I'm sure I could do more doctoring of this picture in Photoshop but Photoshop makes my head spin.

Love the Hayley Fall shot! I really like pics taken from behind. I think because it's natural and no posing is needed. It's just real and unedited.
The lonesome leaf is cool too. Do you have photoshop? Sometimes I wish I did, but I think it forces me to just take better pictures.
